Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market.
On behalf of an important Premium Brand, we are looking for a: Global Head of CRM She/He will lead and develop the brand's Global CRM Omnichannel Strategy in all its levels and activations.
The Brand and business Importante Azienda is to drive acquisition, retention, maximize engagement and drive customer lifetime value across Full price stores, eCom and outlet fleet.
The Global Head will determine the scope of all the CRM projects.
His role is to work with cross-functional departments from Marketing, Ecommerce and IT to Business Functions and follow the last mile of execution in coordination with the regions.
Main Responsibilities: Establish, develop and implement the Global CRM Omnichannel Strategy Maximize customers engagement and customers lifetime value Manage and develop the new Loyalty Strategy and Program Lead the CRM contact/campaign strategy (including marketing, products, promotional, lifetime triggered campaigns) to maximize acquisition, retention and conversion Partner with the Regions for local adaptations and delivery of the global strategy Nurture and develop a close partnership with Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Client Service and IT Partner daily with the Consumer Insights Team and Media team to exploit the CRM business potential and fuel a customer centric mindset across the organization Define and manage the CRM global budget Lead all the CRM related projects and guarantee support to retail (including also dedicated training) and online for the Omnichannel implementation Lead CRM CX strategy and activations Responsible for CRM privacy & legal related topics Requirements: 5 years prior experience in CRM Hands-on experience in developing an entire CRM program from the start A previous CRM Manager experience, preferably in Luxury/premium retail, Fashion Background in E-Commerce Omnichannel Highly skilled in technical operations/tools Proven experience in Marketing Automation and Direct Marketing platforms Excellent knowledge of CRM tools and technologies Solid organizational and project management skills Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across functions Team building attitude, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills Fluency in English Location: Milan Aegis guarantees equal opportunities (L. 903/77) Aegis Srl, AUT.
