HR GENERALIST 
per azienda metalmeccanica di Porto Mantovano 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage employees recruitmentTo monitor, organize and coordinate the training activities, to assure the training files are accurate for HR and certification purposes, to evaluate financed funds possibilitiesTo provide generalist support to the business in all aspects of the HR function, including resources, training development, payroll administration within relevant legislation, company policies and proceduresTo support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and reports/systems are updated within agreed timescalesTo develop and maintain relationships with employeesTo maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation KEY REQUIREMENTS:
University degree or professional HR Qualifications3 years minimum of experience in generalist HR roleGood communications skillsGood IT skillsGood understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementationProficient in Italian labor laws and regulationsLanguages: Fluent Italian, Advanced English Inserimento contrattuale : DETERMINATO
