Per la nostra sede di Roma, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Risk Manager da inserire nella struttura Risk Management.
ATTIVITA' DEL RUOLO: sviluppo di modelli matematici per la stima del rischio;analisi delle best practice in materia di sistemi di controllo interno e gestione dei rischi e di metodi e modelli di misurazione dei rischi;svolgimento di analisi quantitative connesse alla valutazione e misurazione dei rischi (es: rischi strategici, rischi di progetto, rischi legati agli investimenti, rischio climatico);analisi di Project Risk Management nelle differenti fasi del processo (individuazione e valutazione dei rischi, definizione dei Piani di Risposta, calibrazione periodica del profilo di rischio di progetto, calcolo delle contingency);manutenzione del Framework di Project Risk Management a livello di singolo progetto e a livello di portafoglio;analisi dei dati finalizzata alla raccolta, alla storicizzazione ed al monitoraggio di indicatori di performance e di rischio (KPI/KRI) e delle perdite operative (Loss Data Collection), anche attraverso tecniche di AI;predisposizione della reportistica verso il Vertice, il top management aziendale ed i differenti stakeholder interni.REQUISITI: Laurea magistrale in Area Economica o Scientifico-tecnologica o Ingegneristica.Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo o ruoli analoghi.Conoscenza di metodi e metodologie di Risk Assessment;Conoscenza avanzata di modelli statistici e capacità di elaborazione e di analisi di dati e gestione di data base (analisi di serie storiche, regressioni, simulazioni Monte Carlo, e data modeling);Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.Requisiti preferenziali: Master e/o Specializzazioni in ambito Project Management o Risk Management (es. ERM, CCSA, PMI).Master in modelli stocastici e metodi statistici.Conoscenza di principali database (eg. SQL Server, ORACLE), librerie di calcolo (eg. @risk, R, Matlab) e GUI languages (eg. Python, GIMP) e capacità di utilizzo di algoritmi di AI.Completano il profilo tensione al risultato, resilienza, capacità decisionale e visione strategica, unite a doti di pianificazione e organizzazione. È richiesta capacità di lavoro in team, leadership, oltre a capacità d'integrazione dei processi, comunicazione aperta, orientamento al cliente e flessibilità verso il cambiamento.
