We are now looking for a

Warehouse Planning Specialist

to join our Logistics team, who will be in charge of all the aspects related to the planning of the workload of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor the warehouse workflow to ensure order fulfillment while respecting deadlines; Provide early identification of any potential work issues that may impact warehouse operations; Generate and maintain reports to provide an overview of topics related to picking, internal processing, and shipments; Monitor adherence to objectives in terms of receiving and picking activities; Monitor urgent shipments; Support the Logistics Engineering in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

Previous experience as Warehouse Planner Specialist can be preferred; Must have: English, both spoken and written; Must have: Microsoft Office – nice to have: AS400; Dynamic personality, proactivity, problem solver; Analytical and communication skills are required; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
