Position Snapshot We welcome people with disabilitiesPermanent contract4+ years experience in a similar role; prior experience in managing Amazon and GDS sector would be a plusStrong understanding of retail dynamics and experience managing accounts with major retail chainsFluent in Italian and EnglishAbility to travel nationally as requiredPosition Summary Support the Commercial team to drive sales, acquisition, and Nespresso visibility across trade channels. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key retail partners. The role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can manage complex accounts and drive sales growth across the national level.
A Day in the Life of Key Account Manager Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market shareBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partnersNegotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual profitability and alignment with company objectivesMonitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiativesPrepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior managementIdentify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunitiesWhat will make you successful?
