Description We are part of the Center of Excellence managing a Global SAP S/4 Hana system. The Architect is responsible for solutions, design, testing of implementations related to SAP Controlling, as well as support and integration with other SAP modules/functions and related interface environments.

As a previous architect developed in another team in Hitachi Energy's structure, we are looking for "new professional hands" to fill this experience gap in the team.

Your involvement: Define, analyze and document the business requirements in a detailed way. Responsible for solutioning, design, testing, and support activities for SAP Controlling module on SAP S/4 HANA. Ensure avoiding conflicts between the ongoing S/4 Hana project designs and roll-out plan. Map business requirements and deliver solutions with configuration and functional specifications and other required documentation and configure the system accordingly. Manage the implementation of new functionalities and improve existing ones, including formulating and analyzing requirements. Prepare and execute unit/integration tests, regression tests, and coordinate with end users for user acceptance testing as required. Define the scope in the "How to request implementation and change of the standard" section and prepare appropriate documentation. Design and implement training programs for Key Users in the field of new/changes in processes/module functionalities and ensure 100% knowledge transfer. Ensure performance excellence throughout the area of responsibility. Stay up to date with industry best practices in your area of expertise. Participate in process evaluations to measure effectiveness and assist in resolving any identified gaps in business process mapping and/or functionality. Use knowledge to suggest innovations across a wide range of new and traditional channels. Provide 3rd level expertise in incident/issue management, application change management, enhancements, and projects. Your background Experience and understanding: Proven experience in SAP Controlling module and solutions available in SAP S4/HANA, such as: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA (Account based and Cost based), Product Cost Planning, Material Ledger with Actual Costing. Understanding Controlling integration with other modules: SD, PS, PP, Service Management. Strong knowledge of Management Accounting, including reporting. Understanding business processes: Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order, Service Management. Other skills: Stakeholders' management. Conflict management and team player. Business level English. Advantage not required: Experience with SAC, cost planning, and budgeting. Technical ABAP skills, debugging, etc. We offer: Contract of employment - according to local policies.
