Offriamo un'opportunità di inserimento per un / una PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR che si occuperà di dirigere le risorse e i processi necessari per implementare la visione e la strategia del Gruppo Aboca per lo sviluppo di prodotti innovativi 100% Naturali, senza l'utilizzo di sostanze artificiali.
Garantire la gestione del ciclo di vita dei prodotti esistenti. Assicurare lo sviluppo del know how aziendale e promuovere l'identificazione di processi innovativi, operando in un contesto "one health" e secondo i principi della "systems medicine".
RESPONSABILITA' CHIAVEGestione dei progetti : Concordare con Chief Scientific Officer i piani di sviluppo di medio-lungo termineOperare in un contesto interfunzionale e collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendaliAssicurare una continua attività di scouting di nuove tecnologie applicabili al contesto aziendale.Gestire i progetti di sviluppo farmaceutico nel rispetto dei tempi e degli obiettivi stabilitiGestione del personale interno : Supervisionare e gestire il confronto tecnico con i dipendenti del laboratorio all'interno dei progettiSviluppare le conoscenze tecniche del personale del laboratorio di Sviluppo Farmaceutico per mantenere lo stesso agli standard attesiGestione delle relazioni interdipartimentali : Collaborare con gli altri reparti aziendali per il corretto svolgimento dei progetti di sviluppo prodotti evidenziando opportunità e difficoltàAggiornare periodicamente la Direzione, il Products Development Committee e, se necessario, degli altri comitati strategiciCollaborando con EHS garantire che le attività lavorative vengano eseguite nel rispetto della sicurezza dei lavoratoriGestione del budget assegnato : Garantire il rispetto del budget assegnatoAttività di supporto a Manufacturing & Technology e Quality Assicurare tutta l'assistenza necessaria sia di know how che di personale per supportare la crescita tecnologica dell'area del Manufacturing, per la scelta di nuovi macchinari, per l'ottimizzazione dei processi già in essere e per la risoluzione di problematiche di qualitàGarantire la scalabilità dei processi dalla fase prototipale a quella industriale, ottimizzando produttività e economicità del processo, anche al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi finanziariRequisiti richiesti : Laurea scientifica, la laurea in Chimica e tecnologia del farmaco preferenzialeEsperienza nel ruoloSOFT SKILLS (attitudini particolari richieste dal ruolo) : Visione sistemica evolutaCapacità di gestire personeCapacità di operare in strutture complesseElevate doti analiticheOrientamento al clienteProblem SolvingTeam buildingCapacità relazionali evoluteDisponibile a domicilio nelle zone limitrofe a luogo di lavoro (Arezzo o Perugia)
