Turboden, società del gruppo Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, è un'azienda italiana leader mondiale nella progettazione, produzione e manutenzione di sistemi ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle), di espansori a gas e pompe di calore di grandi dimensioni.
Siamo alla ricerca di un Site Support and Construction Logistics Engineer per lo stabilimento di Flero.
Principali attività e responsabilità: Supporto al montaggio in cantiere : Fornire assistenza diretta ai cantieri, fungendo da collegamento tra il team di gestione del progetto e le operazioni in loco per affrontare e risolvere problemi logistici, parti mancanti, non conformità, ecc.
Gestione dei materiali : A seguito delle richieste provenienti dal cantiere, coordinare l'approvvigionamento, la consegna e l'inventario di materiali da costruzione, attrezzature e forniture, assicurando che le esigenze del progetto siano soddisfatte tempestivamente.
Supportare il reparto Pianificazione e il reparto Magazzino nell'analisi dei pezzi a lunga giacenza (slow moving) e promuovere azioni per ridurle.
Comunicazione con gli stakeholder interni : Mantenere una comunicazione efficace con i project manager, i supervisori del cantiere e gli altri stakeholder per garantire l'allineamento e affrontare eventuali problemi logistici.
Miglioramento dei processi : Valutare e migliorare continuamente i processi logistici e di supporto al sito, utilizzando soluzioni innovative per aumentare l'efficienza e ridurre i costi.
Sviluppare possibili strategie logistiche di produzione per ottimizzare il processo.
Gestione degli appaltatori : Supportare il team di gestione degli appaltatori per specifiche categorie di servizi, a partire dallo scouting di nuovi fornitori e dalla preparazione delle specifiche tecniche dell'ambito, con particolare attenzione ai rischi e alle opportunità previste durante la fase di montaggio.
Relazioni e documentazione : Preparare procedure/istruzioni di montaggio dettagliate per il cliente; supportare il supervisore del sito nel caso in cui sia necessario raccogliere documenti o preparare relazioni, supportare il supervisore del sito con il follow-up delle Non Conformità e delle Azioni Correttive.
Accelerare la raccolta delle ore di lavoro e dei tempi necessari per la valutazione e la gestione degli appaltatori.
Sicurezza e conformità : Garantire che tutte le attività logistiche e di supporto al sito siano conformi agli standard industriali, alle norme di sicurezza e alle linee guida ambientali.
Per avere successo in questo ruolo è necessario avere: Laurea o diploma tecnico ad esempio in ingegneria, perito tecnico industriale.
Esperienza comprovata nella logistica delle costruzioni, nella gestione di progetti o in un ruolo simile nel settore delle costruzioni o della gestione della catena di fornitura (supply chain) o settori similari Competenze e soft skills: Forte approccio analitico e di problem solving, con la capacità di ottimizzare i processi logistici e migliorare l'efficienza operativa.
Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con la capacità di collaborare efficacemente con i team a tutti i livelli.
Conoscenza degli strumenti software per la logistica e la gestione dei progetti.
Capacità di lavorare in modo flessibile e di adattarsi alle mutevoli esigenze e scadenze dei progetti.
Disponibilità a viaggiare nei cantieri ove richiesto.
