Sustainability Project Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Project Manager to join its office in Genova or Milan (Italy) within the ESG & Sustainability Division.MissionThe Resource Efficiency and Management Unit of RINA is seeking a highly motivated person to support the team in the project management of green energy transition, especially agribusiness and biofuels production projects and preparation or related proposals.The successful candidate will have passion in the energy transition and green economy sectors, good communications skills and a strong teamwork attitude.Experience in project management is required.Key Accountabilities Support the team in general management of the projects meeting client's requests, to understand Clients' needs and pass the requests to the technical team in an efficient way.Support in elaboration and revision of technical reports for various clients, related to Green Financing, sustainable agriculture and sustainable fuels; Coordination of large teams of experts (both RINA colleagues and freelance consultants).Interaction with local consultants in the countries of operations and assure the whole project standard of quality; Identify and develop new project opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and cost estimates; #LI-MT3 Qualifications• University Degree (preferably engineering or economy) • Not less than 5 years of experience is requested • Passion and interest in learning and in giving contribution in the energy transition field.• Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written, other languages will be considered as a plus; • Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents • Availability for short business trips within and outside EU • Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point • Excellent communication skills, team player With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.Our business model covers the full process of project development, from concept to completion.The aim is to guarantee a project's technical, environmental and safety - and sometimes also economic and financial - sustainability.At RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind.We are also compliant to the Italian Law n. 68/99.
