ELECTRICAL SUPERVISORDescrizione del cliente:La nostra azienda cliente è una multinazionale tedesca attiva nel campo del fotovoltaico industriale.Luogo di lavoro:ItaliaPrincipali mansioni:La risorsa ricercata è un elettricista esperto, responsabile di un team di elettricisti, con l'obiettivo di dirigere il loro lavoro fornendo assistenza tecnica e supporto durante l'installazione, la manutenzione e la riparazione dell'impianto elettrico dell'edificio.
Inoltre, è tenuto a garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e dei codici di conformità, sovrintendendo alla formazione e alla programmazione dei lavoratori.
Le principali responsabilità includono:Coordinare e programmare il proprio team, garantendo un lavoro di qualitàAggiornare il proprio sistema attraverso la stima dei costiSupervisionare l'acquisto delle forniture necessarieMonitorare e migliorare continuamente il sistema elettricoRequisiti minimi:Formazione tecnica, diploma di scuola superiore (maturità scientifica) o laurea in Ingegneria elettricaElevate capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempoVasta conoscenza degli strumenti e delle attrezzature utilizzate dagli elettricisti, nonché una comprensione dei codici e degli standard elettriciBuone abilità comunicative, di leadership e di team buildingOttima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e tedescaFamiliarità con gli impianti elettrici e conoscenza approfondita degli schemi elettrici e circuitaliBuone capacità di mediazioneCompetenze informatiche avanzate (Excel, software di progettazione grafica)Ottime capacità di negoziazione con i fornitoriForte orientamento ai dettagliEsperienza pregressa nel settore elettronicoEsperienze ideali nel settore fotovoltaico ed edileInquadramento:Il pacchetto retributivo sarà commisurato all'effettiva esperienza e in grado di soddisfare anche le candidature più qualificate.Modalità di candidatura:I candidati in possesso dei requisiti richiesti possono inviare il proprio curriculum, in formato Word o PDF, all'indirizzo email: ****** ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi (L.903/77).
