Panoramica
Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF)
è un'organizzazione medico-umanitaria indipendente, fondata nel 1971 da un gruppo di medici e giornalisti. MSF presta la sua opera di soccorso in tutto il mondo, alle popolazioni colpite da conflitti, epidemie, catastrofi naturali o escluse dall'assistenza sanitaria. Al momento ci sono progetti in corso in quasi 80 Paesi. MSF è un movimento internazionale formato da 6 Centri Operativi e 24 sezioni ed uffici in tutto il mondo. MSF Italia è una Onlus nel campo medico e umanitario e rappresenta la sezione italiana di Médecins Sans Frontières.
Il tirocinio si svolgerà nel Dipartimento
Programmi
ed avrà l'obiettivo di far acquisire al tirocinante le competenze specifiche nell'utilizzo dei database di MSF, nell'analisi e raccolta di informazioni, nella registrazione e monitoraggio dei dati dello staff dei progetti e di far conoscere approfonditamente al tirocinante il funzionamento del Dipartimento Programmi di MSF Italia Onlus.
Responsabilità
Lo stage, sotto la guida di un tutor interno, supporterà le attività di:
Regolare aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei file dei progetti di MSF Italia;
Collaborazione con l'Unità di Risorse Umane e di Supporto Psicologico;
Supportare il processo di reclutamento per tutto il Dipartimento Programmi (sottomissione di test, organizzazione di colloqui, controllo di referenze ecc.);
Supporto al welcome e onboarding del nuovo staff e delle fine del contratto;
Raccolta, organizzazione e archiviazione di moduli e file standard su cartelle condivise (Sharepoint, Digital Desk, ecc.);
Preparazioni minutes delle riunioni del Dipartimento.
Qualifiche
Essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio;
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2);
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (C1);
Utilizzo avanzato del pacchetto Office 365;
Ottime capacità di scrittura;
Buone capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale;
Flessibilità comportamentale;
Gestione delle emozioni e dello stress;
Buone capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;
Orientamento ai risultati e alla qualità;

Condizioni
Disponibilità:
full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.
Sede:
Via dei Caudini, 2 – 00185 Roma. La modalità di stage prevista è ibrida con lavoro da remoto e con alcune presenze presso la sede a seconda delle necessità organizzative

: 6 mesi
Periodo:
da gennaio 2025 a luglio 2025
Tipologia:
il tirocinio sarà attivato come curricolare, perciò è necessario essere attualmente (e per i prossimi 6 mesi) iscritt* ad un corso di laurea/master attinente alle attività previste dal tirocinio.
Rimborso spese:
€ 500 mensili + ticket restaurant pari a € 5 per giornata lavorativa
Il presente stage ha l'obiettivo di fornire un'opportunità di apprendimento e formazione professionale.
