Your responsibilities Define the Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement
Focus on manufacturing and operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency
Drive digital & automation transformation in field manufacturing and operations
Manage global investment allocation for Power Transformers, in line with Global Product Group strategy, and support regions and units with the project execution
Support new product introduction, incl. piloting.
Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalization
Focus on longer term strategic actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environment
Your background Bachelor's degree (electrical / mechanical) with 10+ years of operational experience in Manufacturing industry
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumen
Strong proven leadership experience
Willingness to travel on business requirements
