For our own projects, we are looking for: INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR Ref code: CR_2407-141_ Instrumentation Supervisor Job SummaryMISSION: Responsible for overseeing instrumentation operations and maintenance within the Client's petrochemical facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all instrumentation systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired according to industry standards and project specifications.
TASKS:Supervise and coordinate the activities of instrumentation technicians and contractors.Provide guidance, training, and support to the instrumentation team.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation systems and equipment.Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning and compliance with standards.Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues promptly.Plan and schedule instrumentation work to meet project deadlines.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.Ensure all instrumentation work complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations.Maintain detailed records of instrumentation work and inspections.Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.Relevant certifications in instrumentation or control systems are highly desirable.10+ years of experience in the role supervising Petrochemical EPC projects;Previous experience with ENI standards and projects;Fluent level of written and spoken Italian and English.OTHER DETAILS:Job Location: Gela, Italy;Contract Duration: 4 months (extendable);Starting Date: September 2024.Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.
