La Sia S.p.A., società di servizi ingegneristici integrati, operante su tutto il territorio nazionale in ambito di edilizia residenziale, uffici, industriale, telecomunicazioni e infrastrutture, ricerca un Project Manager settore Ingegneria Civile / Edile per la propria sede di Roma.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Presa in carico e gestione del contratto firmato col cliente
- Pianificazione delle attività ed individuazione delle risorse necessarie
- Monitoraggio e verifica delle attività di avanzamento del progetto
- Identificazione e gestione di eventuali rischi che possono sorgere durante le fasi di attuazione del contratto
- Gestione delle eventuali forniture esterne in collaborazione con l'Ufficio Acquisti
- Proposta di eventuali azioni correttive per il rispetto dei programmi
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile / Edile
- Esperienza di Project Manager settore Ingegneria Civile / Edile
- Ottime doti comunicative e di problem solving
- Capacità organizzative e leadership
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
**Titolo preferenziale**:
- Consolidata esperienza di Project Management e Construction Management anche nel settore dei Lavori Pubblici
- Conoscenza della normativa Appalti Pubblici
