Per importante azienda operante nel settore degli imballaggi con sede di lavoro nei pressi di Cessalto (TV) cerchiamo, per potenziamento dell'organico aziendale n. 1,
QUALITY MANAGER
La risorsa sarà inserita presso importante realtà della zona dove si occuperà in prima persona della gestione del sistema qualità e, in collaborazione con le altre figure aziendali, del mantenimento della certificazione ISO, della gestione del sistema documentale aziendale e dell'analisi della qualità di prodotto e servizio attesa dal cliente.Avrà, inoltre, il compito di definire la Quality Assurance, di eseguire attività di audit e di partecipare alle iniziative Lean.
Si richiede:
- Esperienza pregressa maturata in analoga mansione;
- Forte capacità di Leadership, di comunicazione e di lavoro in team;
- Ottimoorientamento ai risultati e determinazione;
- Sviluppate capacità analitiche;
- Ottima capacità organizzativa;
- Problem Solving, identificando le cause e fornendo le soluzioni più efficienti attraverso un approccio Lean, DOE e TMQ.
Orario di lavoro:
full-time dal lunedì al venerdì.
Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o titolo equivalente.
L'azienda offre un interessante percorso di crescita professionale in ambiente dinamico e strutturato.
Inquadramento e retribuzione verranno valutati in base all'esperienza maturata in analoga mansione.
