3Bee is a leading company in the field of climate strategy and biodiversity protection and is looking for an environmental engineer, environmental scientist or agronomist with a strong propensity for sales to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a deep understanding of biodiversity and environmental issues.
Responsibility Develop and implement business strategies to promote and sell ESG solutions and biodiversity assessments.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in the sustainability and biodiversity sector.
Work with the technical team to customize ESG solutions and biodiversity assessments to meet specific client needs.
Manage the sales process from lead acquisition to closing, maintaining lasting relationships with customers.
Provide technical advice and support to clients to help them understand the importance of sustainability and biodiversity management.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and events to increase visibility and generate business opportunities.
Requirements Degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy or related field.
Proven experience in selling ESG solutions and biodiversity management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong results orientation and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets .
In-depth knowledge of environmental issues and biodiversity .
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and attendance at industry events.
