Join our Team La figura ricercata riporterà direttamente al team leader e in collaborazione con gli altri colleghi del team dovrà seguire tutte le attività necessarie per l'utilizzo e la diffusione delle ns soluzioni in ambito clinico ed in particolare per la gestione del processo chirurgico.
All'interno di questo contesto svolgerà attività con il ruolo di delivery specialist, in particolare:
si relaziona con i referenti di progetto e/o con il team di Sviluppo di riferimento per il deployment; Installa e configura i sistemi in relazione alle richieste del cliente e alle specifiche di progetto. effettua interventi on-site presso il cliente per l'attività di installazione e/o assistenza delle soluzioni software effettua formazione, on site e/o da remoto, ed affiancamento del personale Svolge test funzionali e di integrazione effettua assistenza (presso il cliente e/o da remoto) sia a livello applicativo che a livello di canali di integrazione al fine di individuare eventuali errori e riportarli all'area di sviluppo partecipa alle attività di help desk di I e II livello, anche in regime di reperibilità; documenta le attività svolte Requisiti
Conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows propensione per il rapporto con la clientela flessibilità nell'apprendimento autonomo di nuove tecnologie problem solving proattività flessibilità a svolgere attività dalla sede e/o on site in regime di reperibilità in caso di necessità Disponibilità a trasferte Patente di guida cat. B DB relazionali (Oracle, postgres): personalizzazione e utilizzo linguaggio SQL Altre informazioni
Effettua trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale con maggior concentrazione nell'area centro Effettua turni di reperibilità per il supporto operativo previsto post-avvio degli impianti. Può effettuare turni di reperibilità come assistenza di III livello secondo gli accordi previsti all'interno di Dedalus
