The Trade Show Designer & Coordinator plans, manages, and evaluates the organization's appearance at trade shows.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Meet with trade show/event companies to understand the purpose of their meeting or event and ensure that it is compatible with the organization's purpose, policies, and requirements
- Plan the scope of the event (e.g., time, location, program, cost, metrature) for the organization
- Choose the most suitable space
- Design the stand
- Choose the materials to use
- Relate with suppliers
- Monitor event activities in Italy and abroad to ensure satisfaction of attendees and the organization
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the field of trade fairs;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of other two languages (beside English)
- Willingness to travel;
- Excellent knowledge of the AutoCad 2d / 3d and 3D Studio Max programs and of the Adobe and Office packages;
- Must have demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse team;
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.
Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills are needed;
- Some project management experience is desired;
