La risorsa, riportando al Retail Construction Director e, in collaborazione con il team Retail & Facility Construction, si occuperà della progettazione degli spazi e impianti relativi agli store (e.g.
nuove aperture, ampliamenti, restyling), seguendone le diverse fasi, dal progetto iniziale fino alla conclusione dei lavori di cantiere.
ATTIVITÀ ? Progettare tramite CAD i layout per l'apertura e l'ammodernamento dei negozi del Gruppo; Dialogare con la Direzione Vendite e la Direzione Real Estate per definire gli aspetti progettuali e cantieristici;? Supervisionare in loco i lavori di realizzazione e di ristrutturazione degli store, coordinando le attività delle diverse imprese;? Dialogare con la Direzione Vendite e la Direzione Real Estate per definire gli aspetti progettuali e cantieristici;? Garantire la corretta esecuzione dei lavori e la consegna nei tempi prefissati; Guidare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli store.
PROFILO ? Diploma di geometra e/o laurea in Architettura/Ingegneria (e.g.
Edile, Civile); Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo di 1/3 anni; Competenza nella progettazione 2D/3D tramite software AutoCAD 2D e 3D; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e a lavorare con flessibilità di orario;? Capacità di gestire e risolvere gli imprevisti, doti organizzative e time management; Predisposizione al lavoro in team e orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
