Il Contract Manager può essere referente di una o più commesse, ha la responsabilità sia della gestione dei contratti attivi presso i nostri clienti sia del coordinamento del team e dei fornitori che operano per tali clienti.
Il Contract Manager ha le seguenti responsabilità:
Preventivazione Mantenere e sviluppare la relazione con il cliente Gestione sub-appaltatori Gestione e coordinamento del team a suo riporto Gestione della formazione del team su tematiche tecniche e di sicurezza Verificare la completa e corretta esecuzione delle attività manutentive (ordinarie e straordinarie) Rendicontazione contabile della commessa Monitoraggio degli obiettivi di budget ed elaborazione dei report in collaborazione con il Contract Support ed il Team Finance Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Contract Manager dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in aziende operanti in ambito impiantistico, edile, ecc Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio del contratto, del budget e della reportistica Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi Attitudine al lavorare di squadra Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Patente B
