Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionYou will join the Procurement department of Roche Diagnostics Italy and you will report directly to the Lead of the function.You will have the chance to develop a strategic approach in supplier management, data analytics capabilities and market trend knowledge.
You, as part of the team, will be directly involved in the deal process managing the scouting and selection of the best performing suppliers, in terms of both price efficiency and quality, to support in determining the best solution offer our company can make towards the customers in participating to tenders in the market.
Aimed to bring innovative solutions you will work in close collaboration with the Commercial team, Marketing team, Technical team acting as a strategic partner capable of capturing and understanding their needs and scouting for the best solutions to respond to them.You will work in close collaboration as well with the Regulatory Quality team and Legal team to ensure the respect of the supplier solutions/products' regulatory compliance and legal contractual aspects.
You will build a strong knowledge in terms of negotiation, supplier relationship management and strategic decision-making activities to support the company sustainability strategy mid-long term.
