BOZP Specialista zajištuje, že všechny cinnosti a postupy jsou v souladu s ceskými legislativními požadavky, smernicemi EU a interními smernicemi. Zodpovídá za koordinaci bezpecnostních programu a projektu. Podporuje neustálé zlepšování v oblasti bezpecnosti a ochrany zdraví, spolupracuje na hodnocení bezpecnostních rizik a pomáhá pri dosahování cílu v oblasti bezpecnosti.
Key job responsibilities Poskytuje managementu podporu, poradenství a dohlíží na plnení požadavku v oblasti zdraví a bezpecnosti práce. Kontroluje bezpecné pracovní postupy a implementuje bezpecnostní standardy stanovené spolecností. Poskytuje denní poradenství a kontrolu v rámci BOZP programu na úrovni zamestnancu i vedoucích. Rozvíjí procesy a projekty ke zlepšení bezpecné kultury. Dle potreby udržuje a aktualizuje standardní operacní postupy. Poskytuje informace, pomoc a kontrolu vedoucím týmu k zajištení, aby BOZP principy byly implementovány a funkcní. Podílí se na tvorbe tréninkových plánu a vedení lokálního týmu s manažrem. Pomáhá pri koordinaci státních inspekcí a konsoliduje nápravná opatrení v prípade nedostatku. Koordinuje týdenní a mesícní BOZP kontroly ve spolupráci s managementem. Udržuje záznamy a dokumentaci související s povoleními a legislativními požadavky. Asistuje pri správe dokumentu pro havarijní pripravenost. Asistuje pri vyšetrování incidentu. Reviduje úrazy a incidenty, vede místní audity, reportuje data, rídí nápravná opatrení. Spravuje dokumentaci související s odbornou prípravou a bezpecností pracovníku. Spravuje hodnocení rizik a pravidelne provádí analýzu vzdelávacích / bezpecnostních potreb. Minimum Requirements Ukoncené VŠ vzdelání, nebo ekvivalentní kombinace vzdelání a praxe. Odborná zpusobilost v oblasti prevence rizik. Další kvalifikace v oblasti BOZP nebo PO je výhodou. Pokrocilá znalost ceštiny a anglictiny (oba dva jazyky jsou pracovními jazyky). MS Office na výborné uživatelské úrovni (zejména Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Zkušenost na podobné pozici v oblasti logistiky a skladování jsou výhodou. Týmový hrác, který navozuje a udržuje dobré pracovní vztahy s pracovníky i dodavateli. Flexibilní k prípadným zmenám. Silné komunikacní dovednosti (písemne, verbálne). Silné organizacní schopnosti. Schopnost samostatné práce s minimální mírou dozoru/kontroly, ale je také schopná/ý být leadrem v oblasti bezpecnosti práce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
