Profile Middle East is a service provider with more than 20 years of experience in the market which specializes in Technical Field and HR Consultancy Services in the Industrial Sector (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) with our focus on the Middle East region and a worldwide presence.

Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs for Operations & Maintenance personnel.

TASKS:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of O&M personnel.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and course content.

Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and company requirements.

Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Manage logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, materials preparation, and equipment setup.

Track and document training attendance and performance.

Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to participants and management.

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance training outcomes.

Ensure all training activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and compliance.

Prepare and submit regular reports on training progress and outcomes to management.

Implement innovative training solutions to enhance learning and development.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in training and development are preferred.

5+ years of experience as a Training Coordinator for O&M personnel in the Oil & Gas sector. Experience in the role during an EPC project is a plus.

Fluent level of written and spoken English.

OTHER DETAILS:

1 st Phase

Job Location: Milan office, Italy;

Contract Duration: 6 months;

Starting Date: August 2024.

2 nd Phase

Job Location: Bonny Island Site, Nigeria;

Contract Duration: 1 year;

Starting Date: February 2025.
