PosizioneCHIEF ENGINEER – HOTEL La risorsa gestisce tutte le attività di ingegneria e manutenzione dell'edificio, dei terreni e dell'impiantistica con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza e al risparmio energetico. Sarà di sua responsabilità la gestione del bilancio, i progetti di spesa in conto capitale oltre alla supervisione delle squadre d'intervento in caso di emergenze. Risponderà direttamente al Direttore Generale.
In particolare, la figura ricoprirà le seguenti responsabilità:
Supervisiona la squadra ingegneristica in assenza dell'Head of Engineering.Assiste nella gestione dell'impianto fisico, compresi attrezzature, refrigerazione, HVAC, idraulica e trattamento delle acque, sistemi elettrici e di sicurezza.Sovrintende le operazioni aggiuntive, tra cui pittura, riparazioni e ristrutturazioni, sostituzione di mobilio e attrezzature.Prevede un efficace programma di manutenzione delle camere.Si interfaccia con i fornitori per l'acquisto di nuove attrezzature, forniture e arredi.Ispeziona e valuta le condizioni fisiche delle strutture al fine di determinare il tipo di lavoro richiesto assistendo alla pianificazione, programmazione e valutazione dei programmi di manutenzione preventiva.Fornisce il servizio clienti nella gestione dei reclami degli ospiti.Gestione della redditività: stabilisce le priorità per il fabbisogno totale di manutenzione delle proprietà.RequisitiDesideriamo entrare in contatto con candidati che siano in possesso di una solida esperienza in ruoli analoghi di circa 10 anni maturata in ambito ingegneristico e della manutenzione o affini. È richiesta una Laurea in Ingegneria. Conoscenza della lingua Inglese fluente. Si ricerca una risorsa in grado di comunicare efficacemente la filosofia dell'hotel, del marchio e della Società ai clienti, dipendenti e terze parti. Esperto nell'uso di Microsoft Office con una buona capacità di scrittura. Richiesto il certificato professionale in Contabilità o in un settore correlato.
