MECHANICAL/ ROTATING MACHINE PROJECT SPECIALIST LEADER.
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all'interno della Disciplina Mechanical/Machinery e si occuperà di coordinare, sviluppare e verificare l'ingegneria di disciplina per i progetti assegnati (Feed e Detail Engineering) in conformità ai requisiti di progetto.
In particolare:
Recepire ed analizzare la documentazione contrattuale per quanto di sua competenza (specifiche, datasheet, allegati tecnici) evidenziando anomalie e criticità
Definire e pianificare le modalità di sviluppo dell'ingegneria di disciplina in particolare definizione della lista documenti di ingegneria e definizione del programma preliminare delle attività
Definire e monitorare la stima ore segnalando scostamenti e variazioni
Sviluppare l'ingegneria di disciplina (calcoli, dimensionamento static e rotating equipment, specifiche, datasheet per equipment e package) e coordinare i subcontractor coinvolti nel progetto
Sviluppare la documentazione tecnica delle offerte. Collaborare con il dipartimento Proposal per la definizione dei costi del progetto in fase di offerta. Preparare Material Requisition (MR) e redigere tabulazioni tecniche, controllare la documentazione fornita dai fornitori, effettuare follow up.
Collaborare con il dipartimento Procurement per lo sviluppo di RFQ e ricezione quotazioni da fornitori
Fornire un tempestivo aggiornamento a PEM e PE responsabili del progetto rispetto ad eventuali scostamenti e variazioni. Partecipare alle attività di coordinamento e verifica del progetto
Collaborare con l'ufficio acquisti per le richieste di offerta e con la direzione commerciale durante le fasi di gara partecipando se necessario ad incontri con fornitori e subappaltatori
Material handling per quanto di competenza della disciplina
Diploma oppure Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente Meccanica o Energetica.
Esperienza di almeno 8 anni nel ruolo maturata presso EPC e/o società di ingegneria operanti nel settore Oil&Gas e Power oppure in qualità di Project Engineer presso aziende di progettazione e costruzione equipment di processo e power generation
Ottime capacità di analisi, pianificazione e gestione delle attività
Proattività e orientamento al risultato
Buone capacità di lavoro in team
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e standard nazionali e internazionali tipiche di disciplina
Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte
Si offre: contratto Tempo Indeterminato; livello e retribuzione commisurati alla effettiva esperienza.
