Facilities ManagerWhat the job involvesLead a team (local and remote) - direct line management responsibilityStrong vendor managementEH&S and risk managementFinancial ManagementEnsure high staff morale, trust, and work ethicsStrong Communication and presentation skillsBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, and performance excellence within the teamMentor and enable Training & Development of other team membersClient/Stakeholder ManagementProactively engage stakeholders to ensure that onsite client's expectations are metBuild and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organizationOn-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premisesEnsure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budgetEnsure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the clientHealth & Safety ManagementEnsure the provision of a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standardsSite Operations ManagementRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operationsImplement building procedures and performance measures and ensure they are maintained at all timesReview existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standardsRisk ManagementEnsure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in placeAssist in the development of guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle's business conductSkills And ExperienceExcellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demandsStrong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systemsKnowledge of quality management and KPI measurementKnowledge of vendor managementBudget management and financial analysis skillsExperience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fieldIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements below.
