Intelligence Planner

Job Title: Intelligence Planner Job Location: Vicenza, Italy Clearance Level: TS/SCI FLSA: Exempt Job Description: This position will serve as an experienced Intelligence Planner based out of Caserma Del Din in Vicenza, Italy. Job Responsibilities: Oversees the design and execution of comprehensive intelligence planning strategies in accordance with USAREUR-AF PIRs, CCIRs, and mission objectives.Analyze and synthesize intelligence data to identify strategic trends and threats.Collaborate with senior leaders to develop actionable intelligence plans aligned with organizational goals (FO/GO/SES level).Provide expert insights and guidance on intelligence planning methodologies and best practices.Lead the coordination and orchestration of intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination efforts.Mentor and supervise junior planners in planning processes and techniques.Prepare and present high-level intelligence briefings and reports to senior executives.Engage with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance planning efforts.Education and Experience Requirements: Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience orBachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience or10 years of specialized experience.Expert level knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI.Experience planning, briefing and collaborating with senior military leaders (GO/FO/SES) in intelligence planning efforts.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: More than 3 years experience creating intelligence briefing materials in the EUCOM / AFRICOM theaters of operations.Experience working with partner nations in Bi-lateral and Multilateral planning effortsExperience planning within the NATO environmentForce99 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-term Disability Insurance401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting and 4% company match29 Days of Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) Relocation and RepatriationOCONUS UpliftCompany Bonus ProgramDependent Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramBereavement LeaveParental LeaveCompany Overview: Force99 Technologies is a rapidly growing veteran-owned small business purpose-built to deliver Intel and IT Solutions to the DoD/IC Mission in Europe and Asia.
