Stiamo cercando due Restaurant Manager esperti per nuova apertura di un'osteria ed enoteca (Il Mastino), situata nel cuore di Verona, in Piazza Erbe.
Il locale, con target indirizzato principalmente ai turisti e a clienti di fascia medio-alta, offrirà un'esperienza informale e autentica, con un'ampia selezione di vini regionali e piatti tradizionali rivisitati.Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore, con una forte competenza nell'accoglienza dei clienti e nella gestione di una brigata di sala.
Sarà responsabile di:aggiornare il personale sul menù del giorno;assistere i clienti con esigenze particolari;garantire il controllo delle porzioni;gestire le prenotazioni;monitorare la pulizia della sala;ottimizzare la vendita attraverso l'upselling;eseguire le procedure di apertura e chiusura;creare e leggere report;gestire la cassa e le comande;presentare la carta dei vini e selezionare i bicchieri;gestire i clienti difficili e le lamentele;valutare i feedback dei clienti;stabilire i prezzi delle voci del menù;supervisionare il personale e programmare i turni.Non è richiesta la gestione del personale della cucina e dell'offerta culinaria del ristorante perché sono già competenza di altre figure organizzative.
