DIGI ITALY, multinazionale attiva nel Settore delle Telecomunicazioni (TLC) presente in cinque paesi europei con 22.000 dipendenti è alla ricerca di un Operatore Data Center con almeno 3 anni di esperienza con inglese fluente scritto da inserire nel Dipartimento Tecnico per la sede di Milano con possibilità di trasferta su Torino, Roma e Bergamo.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di: Garantire la corretta manutenzione proattiva, le azioni correttive, la supervisione dei sistemi.
Supportare i colleghi nelle attività di delivery e nella gestione di eventuali problematiche.
Presidio di eventuali terze parti coinvolte a supporto del team.
Progettazione e presidio delle realizzazioni e modifica degli impianti.
Verifica periodica e monitoraggio degli impianti.
Documentazione e Report delle attività.
Attività di Etichettatura, Patching e Asset Tagging.
Coordinamento subappaltatori e fornitori.
Sostituzione di componenti difettosi e di cavi difettosi.
Assistenza nella diagnosi e nell'indagine dei guasti.
Configurazione dell'accesso remoto per ricevere assistenza remota.
Installazione di loopback.
Racking, de-racking e aggiornamento di qualsiasi dispositivo installato.
Formazione e requisiti: Formazione nel ambito informatico, networking, elettrico o elettrotecnico.
Conoscenza generale degli impianti caratteristici del funzionamento di un datacenter (impianti elettrici, impianti di condizionamento, cablaggi in fibra ottica e rame).
Conoscenze dettagliate di impianti elettrici 3kw in AC e DC e meccanici.
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di apparati specifici per la misurazione e l'analisi dei livelli di luce su cross-connect o cavi singoli in fibra ottica.
Esperienza con sistemi di connessione in fibra ottica, rame e coax.
Esperienza nell'installazione e nel cablaggio (fibra e rame) di nuove apparecchiature sia in ambienti nuovi che di produzione.
Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare: Capace di lavorare in autonomia secondo gli obiettivi fissati dall'Ufficio Tecnico.
Persona proattiva e incline al problem solving.
Adattabilità, flessibilità, agilità.
Ulteriori informazioni: Le attività saranno distribuite dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 09.00 alle 18.00.
Richiesta disponibilità a lavorare anche la sera/notturno e nel weekend se necessario.
Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte (25% del tempo).
