In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Pianificare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinariaMonitorare gli iter di intervento con relativa apertura e chiusura di ticketMonitorare gli immobili mediante sopralluoghi e visite ispettive per verificare gli adempimenti contrattuali con le diverse aziendeGestire i rapporti con i fornitori (hard e soft services)Gestire attività di back office (inserimento ordini e gestione della documentazione)Organizzare la logistica e il layout degli spaziCollaborare al miglioramento dei processi esistenti, all'analisi e all'ottimizzazione dei costiRequisiti:Sono richiesti:Diploma di Geometra o Perito termotecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria/ArchitetturaDa 1 ai 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghiOttima conoscenza di Autocad e OfficeProblem Solving, Flessibilità, Organizzazione;Residenza o disponibilità al trasferimento sulla zona affidata;Disponibilità a spostarsi per il 20/30% del tempo;Disponibilità alla reperibilità. #J-18808-Ljbffr
