Chi stiamo cercando Siamo alla ricerca di un consulente freelance esperto in tematiche di immigrazione e diritto del lavoro in Italia.
Il candidato ideale possiede una solida conoscenza della legislazione italiana in materia di immigrazione, permessi di soggiorno, ottenimento di visti e diritto del lavoro.

La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con individui e aziende, fornendo supporto legale e consulenza personalizzata per facilitare i processi di immigrazione e garantire il rispetto delle normative lavorative italiane,

con focus su lavoratori specializzati, altamente qualificati e figure apicali.

Non è richiesto un impegno full time.

Responsabilità Fornire consulenza legale su tematiche di immigrazione e diritto del lavoro per stranieri EU e non-EU.
Il servizio di consulenza è erogato unicamente online.
Assistere i clienti nella preparazione e nella presentazione di documenti per permessi di soggiorno, visti, e altre pratiche legate all'immigrazione, al fine di concludere con successo il processo di ottenimento dei permessi.
Monitoraggio ed approfondimento della normativa italiana ed internazionale relative a immigrazione e il diritto del lavoro e le relative modifiche legislative e regolamentari.
Scrittura di brevi articoli di aggiornamento sulle principali novità legislative in materia di immigrazione verso l'Italia.
Collaborare con altri professionisti legali e consulenti per offrire soluzioni integrate ai clienti, soprattutto in materia fiscale.

Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza o in discipline affini.
Esperienza comprovata (minimo 3 anni) in consulenza legale, con specializzazione in immigrazione e diritto del lavoro.
Conoscenza approfondita della legislazione italiana in materia di immigrazione e diritto del lavoro.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale in inglese e in italiano; la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere è un plus.
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.
Attitudine proattiva e orientamento al cliente.
