col-wideJob Description:The candidate, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team, will have the following responsabilities:Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and impromptu or extraordinary activitiesVerification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlinesData extraction from management system and obtaining KPIs to share internally and with customers after analysisExtraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and handling internal input for reporting and/or invoicingIs an active part in the management of internal and external audits, and promoter of initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvementRequirements:Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular ExcelGood knowledge of EnglishAnalytical skills and ability to meet deadlinesTeam workerAbility to manage and motivate a teamCustomer oriented attitude: able to build successful relationship with clientsGood organizational and planning skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
