If you're ready to drive change, join usKey responsibilities:Salesforce Optimization:Collaborate with sales & marketing leadership and stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategies and translate them into Go to Market plans.Analyse Salesforce to streamline sales processes and workflows.Implement best practices for data management and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.Sales Incentive system set-up and monitoringSales Process Analysis:Analyse existing sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Develop recommendations for optimising sales processes and implementing automation to increase productivity.Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline management.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to drive sales effectiveness.Qualifications required:Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in SFE, with a very good understanding of sales processes and workflows.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into dashboard.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering results.Salesforce knowledge will be considered a plusLanguages: fluent in English and Italian.
