Ce rôle s'effectue uniquement dans le cadre d'horaires de nuit.Les opérations représentent la force motrice d'Amazon.
Ce service clé de notre activité nous permet d'exécuter et d'expédier les commandes de manière efficace afin que nos clients reçoivent leurs articles en temps et en heure.
Il est chapeauté par les directeurs des opérations qui rassemblent l'équipe afin de promouvoir l'excellence en matière de sécurité, de qualité et de productivité sur l'ensemble de nos sites.
Sur votre site, vous dirigerez d'autres responsables et créerez le planning opérationnel qui aidera vos équipes à atteindre leurs objectifs.
Ce rôle consiste à favoriser l'excellence opérationnelle pour créer la société Amazon de demain.Key job responsibilitiesGérer et développer une équipe de chefs de secteurDiriger les équipes opérationnelles d'un quart, solutionner les problèmes et avoir un impact positif sur les performances du siteAnalyser les performances de l'équipe par rapport aux objectifs de l'entreprise et mettre en place des actions pour améliorer notre excellence opérationnelleTravailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres équipes de soutien (RH, Finance, Santé et sécurité, etc.
)Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des initiatives sur l'ensemble des sites afin d'améliorer les performances opérationnellesA day in the lifeVous dirigerez des équipes sur l'un de nos sites logistiques.
Vous serez également le maillon clé entre plusieurs équipes, notamment les équipes Finance, Sécurité et Intégration des opérations.
Cela signifie que vous gérerez de près les opérations quotidiennes du site, mais aussi que vous contribuerez à de nouvelles méthodes d'innovation.Lors d'une journée type, vous participerez à des réunions avec vos collègues de différents services de l'entreprise, mènerez une analyse approfondie des indicateurs de performance et de risque pour les sites, et réfléchirez aux meilleurs moyens de se préparer à différents niveaux de demande.
Chaque jour, vous serez également amené·e à encadrer et à coacher votre équipe.
Vous montrerez l'exemple en tant que leader et aiderez votre équipe à devenir les meilleurs managers possibles.About the teamAmazon Logistics, ou AMZL, s'occupe des activités de livraison du « dernier kilomètre » en partenariat avec des entreprises de distribution tierces.
Nous faisons appel à la créativité et aux initiatives visant à l'amélioration continue pour acheminer des millions de produits physiques jusqu'à nos clients.
Notre objectif est de rendre l'expérience de livraison de nos clients aussi fluide que possible et de déployer des solutions de livraison globales pour nos concepts les plus récents, tels qu'Amazon Fresh, Prime Now et Amazon Restaurants.
Notre travail s'effectue de deux manières.
Nos collaborateurs·trices « sous le toit » traitent des millions de produits avant de les envoyer à nos équipes de livraison.
La dimension humaine est au cœur des activités de l'équipe.
Nous jouons essentiellement un rôle de soutien, y compris de nuit.
Nous nous concentrons principalement sur les opérations, avec des équipes présentes 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7 dans la plupart de nos sites.
Quant à nos collaborateurs·trices « sur la route », ils travaillent avec Amazon Flex, un réseau d'entreprises de livraison.
Chaque année, nous plaçons la barre toujours plus haut en matière d'expérience client grâce à de nouveaux services de livraison.
Nous recherchons de nouveaux moyens de relever les défis logistiques du secteur et de nouvelles idées pour réduire notre empreinte carbone, en nous appuyant sur un parc de véhicules (y compris des véhicules électriques) et des technologies de pointe.Minimum RequirementsUn diplôme universitaireUne expérience significative dans la gestion des ressources humaines et des parties prenantesParfaite maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, et niveau intermédiaire en françaisUne expérience significative dans l'utilisation de données ou de témoignages pour influencer la prise de décisions de l'entrepriseUne expérience significative dans les domaines clés de la production et des chaînes d'approvisionnementLes compétences dites « souhaitables » vous aideront à tirer votre épingle du jeu mais elles ne sont pas nécessaires pour postuler à une offre chez Amazon.
