DescrizioneGeneral contractor nel settore real estate industriale ricerca construction engineer.
Attività:
- seguire l'ingegnerizzazione e la cantierabilità dei progetti di nuovi edifici;
- verificare sul campo l'andamento dei lavori e garantire che i progetti esecutivi siano conformi ai piani, le specifiche tecniche e gli standard aziendali;
- curere i rapporti con i clienti, i professionisti esterni ed interni, le società e le imprese fornitrici presenti sul cantiere;
- verifica la fattibilità dell'area, sia in termini di layout che in termini realizzativi;
- determinare la cantierabilità ed il relativo budget;
- redigere, coordinare e verificare le attività di progettazione architettonica esecutiva, meccanica, antincendio, idrico-sanitaria ed elettrica;
- coordinare e verificare le richieste e le esigenze dei clienti trasponendole nella progettazione esecutiva;
- ispezioni sul cantiere per assicurare che il piano di costruzione sia coerente con i piani, le specifiche, gli standard e i tempi aziendali;
- mantenere completi gli archivi dei progetti e della documentazione degli edifici;
- partecipare e collaborare con l'ufficio acquisti all'intero processo di negoziazione con i fornitori (ricercare contraenti, sollecitare le offerte, rivedere e comparare le offerte, selezionare le offerte definitive e definire il prezzo finale della negoziazione).
Richiesta:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Edile / Architettura;
- esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nella gestione di cantieri e commesse;
- conoscenza lingua inglese;
- conoscenza MS Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint), Autocad, MS Project;
- iniziativa e Teamwork;
- analisi e valutazione delle situazioni e capacità di proporre soluzioni;
- capacità di gestire gli appaltatori e più commesse;
- capacità di Project Management;
- flessibilità territoriale per sopralluoghi in cantiere.
