L'8 febbraio del 1979, fra i palazzi della vecchia Milano in Corso Garibaldi nasce Panino Giusto e insieme a lui, un nuovo modo di pensare il panino.
Alla base della sua preparazione c'è la ricerca accurata di materie prime legate al territorio italiano, il rispetto della stagionalità dei prodotti e la maestria di chi possiede la capacità di combinare al meglio gli ingredienti per creare un piatto unico.
Sono questi i valori con i quali Panino Giusto è cresciuto nel tempo, gli stessi che ci permettono di portare nel mondo, giorno dopo giorno, l'Arte Italiana del Panino.

Il Trade Marketing Manager ideale deve essere fortemente orientato al lavoro di squadra, sapendo collaborare efficacemente con i colleghi per raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni.
È fondamentale che possieda spiccate abilità interpersonali, che comprendono la capacità di risolvere conflitti, mediare, ascoltare attivamente, negoziare e persuadere.
Le competenze comunicative sono altrettanto essenziali: deve dimostrare padronanza nella scrittura, nella conversazione e nell'ascolto.
**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?
**
La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:
- **Sviluppare strategie di trade marketing**: Pianificare e implementare strategie mirate a migliorare la visibilità del marchio Panino Giusto nei punti vendita, collaborando con i reparti vendita e marketing per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.
- **Coordinare promozioni e campagne in-store**: Ideare e gestire, insieme all'ufficio marketing, iniziative promozionali, eventi speciali e attività di brand activation all'interno dei punti vendita, garantendo una corretta esecuzione e massima efficacia delle attività.
- **Monitoraggio costante delle performance di vendita**: Analizzare costantemente le performance di vendita, identificando aree di miglioramento e nuove opportunità di business, con un focus sulla crescita dei volumi di vendita e della visibilità nei punti vendita chiave.
- **Monitorare i risultati**, misurando il tasso di penetrazione del mercato, la crescita, il ROI, l'engagement e molti altri parametri, così da perfezionare le esistenti strategie di marketing e vendite.
I dati raccolti verranno poi inseriti in appositi report, da presentare alla dirigenza;
- **Gestione e analisi dei dati di mercato**: Monitorare e analizzare i dati di mercato, inclusi trend di consumo, comportamenti d'acquisto e performance della concorrenza, per identificare opportunità di innovazione e adattare le strategie di marketing trade.
- **Gestione del budget di marketing trade**: Pianificare, allocare e monitorare l'utilizzo del budget destinato alle attività di trade marketing, garantendo che le risorse siano utilizzate in modo efficiente e coerente con gli obiettivi aziendali
- **Collaborazione interfunzionale**: Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di marketing, vendite, prodotto e comunicazione per assicurare l'allineamento delle attività di trade marketing con la strategia del marchio.
- **Interazione con il personale di vendita**: Collaborare con il team di formazione per supportare i punti vendita nel fornire una customer experience eccellente, comunicando i valori e i punti di forza del marchio Panino Giusto.
- **Innovazione e sperimentazione**: Testare nuove idee e formati promozionali, valutando il successo delle iniziative per migliorare costantemente le attività di marketing e differenziarsi dalla concorrenza.
