Job Description:Prometeia, one of the leading European companies in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team.
The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries active on the national territory, carrying out projects in particular in the following areas:
Strategic business planning: definition of business strategies and preparation of business plansM&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to the valuation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals.Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutionsMAIN TASKS:Analysis of the operating contexts of the client companies, their historical performance, the main trends of their sector of operation and the possible evolution of their core businessSupport in the realization of economic-financial and equity projectionsSupport in identifying the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performanceSupport in the evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operationsDrafting of documents functional to business development and expert opinion, as an independent third partyPreparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspectsUse of software / data provider platforms to support the preparation of the evaluation analysisEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjectsAt least 3 years of experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance mattersFluency in English.
