Il tuo nuovo Ruolo In diretto riporto al Team Lead Branch Operations sarai responsabile della qualità all'interno delle filiali di NCA, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di processo, la qualità delle perizie ed il conseguimento degli obiettivi di reclamation in modo conforme ai principi di qualità. Contribuirai a migliorare gli strumenti di misurazione e monitoraggio.
Il Quality Manager supervisionerà le seguenti aree:
Controllo della qualità delle perizie sull'inventario di filiale;
Verifica della corretta applicazione degli standard aziendali di processo all'interno delle filiali;
Supporto tecnico sui processi nelle filiali al fine di garantire il regolare svolgimento delle attività in filiale contribuendo a fornire un alto livello di servizio al cliente;
Formazione dei nuovi impiegati sulla parte tecnica;
Aggiornamento mirato alla introduzione di nuove procedure/strumenti o per risolvere carenze qualitative;
Supporto nella stesura di piani di formazione;
Controllo interno :
Svolgere quality audit presso le filiali seguendo un programma predefinito;
Elaborazione di report degli audit effettuati;
Supportare e implementare nuove procedure rimanendo in contatto con HQ.
Cosa Richiediamo:
Esperienza significativa nel ruolo di coordinatore in ambito qualità all'interno di realtà mediamente strutturate;
Supervisione e coordinamento della gestione delle filiali secondo le norme di qualità;
Pianificazione e gestione delle priorità, orientamento al risultato;
Preferibile esperienza pregressa in qualità di processo;
Disponibilità a trasferte;
Gradita conoscenza dei principi lean e loro applicazione.
La risorsa sarà responsabile di tutta l'area del Sud Italia.
L'orario di lavoro è full-time di 40h settimanali da lunedì al venerdì.
