Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub.
It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions.
The AS Watson Group eLab Technology department is looking for a passionate eCommerce Tester to join the team in Milan.
The eCommerce Tester will be dedicated to software validation of the Hybris eCommerce platform on all the Group Business Units over Europe and responsible to assure a quality service to the client on test of new releases and fixes as part of the software development lifecycle.
**A typical day in this role includes**:
- Analyzing requirements and specifications to ensure testability and proper test coverage.
- Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Able to estimate and plan test activities efforts
- Manage release validation in the integrated systems environment (SIT) supporting the acceptance stage (UAT) with our Business Units (BUs)
- Informs QA Lead about issues and priorities
- Provide input and assistance to development team to identify and resolve defects
- Produce reports on QA activities
- Coordinate QA Teams and mentor and guides junior QA team members.
- Work within a distributed QA Teams.
- Daily communication with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
- Could be required to travel across Europe

**What you'll need**:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or another related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in retail or consulting company
- Experience of manual/automated/API testing
- Fluent in Italian, English is a must, we are international
- Proactive with a high attention to detail
