CONTRACT MANAGER - AREA FRANCOFONA
OBIETTIVO:
A riporto del Contract Management Coordinator Estero, la risorsa collabora e supporta i Project Managers in tutti gli aspetti relativi alle negoziazioni contrattuali durante la vita del progetto. Collabora inoltre alla gestione dei contratti attivi e passivi assegnati per garantire all'azienda il rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali, ottimizzando il risultato globale.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA':
Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con clienti e fornitori; Supportare la redazione di contratti standard che l'azienda può utilizzare nei rapporti con i partner interni ed esterni; Studiare i requisiti, i doveri e gli obblighi dell'azienda in base ai contratti per garantire l'allineamento con gli obiettivi dell'azienda e le normative applicabili; Supervisionare l'esecuzione dei contratti per garantire il rispetto delle linee guida normative; Monitorare l'attuazione e l'esecuzione dei contratti firmati; Mantenere, aggiornare ed ottimizzare la documentazione contrattuale. REQUISITI PER LA POSIZIONE:
Laurea in Ingegneria; Consolidata e comprovata esperienza in progetti/contratti di infrastrutture ed EPC Contracting con società internazionali o di rilievo nazionale; Buona conoscenza della lingua francese; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana; Capacità negoziali e di risoluzione dei conflitti; Abilità a gestire la complessità; Buona comunicazione e capacità di sintesi ed integrità. Smartworking 1 giorno a settimana. Luogo di lavoro: Parma
