**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented **Advertising Cost Controlling Specialist **who will be responsible for all the Adv&Digital production activities, managing the production process from the tender to the pre-production meeting, focusing specifically on negotiation and cost controlling activities.
Directly reporting to the Group Advertising Cost Controlling & Rights Management Responsible, you will support the development of new campaigns and relate with specialized suppliers, interfacing with internal (Central/Local Marketing, Procurement, Legal Dept.)
and external (Production houses, Post-Production houses, Consultants...) stakeholders, with the following responsibilities.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manages and follows the production projects, especially from the tender to the pre-production meeting: pitch, negotiation and cost controlling, being responsible for the activities, with particular attention to the internal process;
- Proposes the suppliers for these activities (production house, post-production house, directors), in collaboration with Creative Agencies and Procurement;
- Manages the negotiation phase with suppliers according to the budget received, in collaboration with the Procurement;
- Coordinates and facilitates the work with the internal/external stakeholders and with the Consultant Teams involved;
- Participates in all the phases from the Pre-Bid Meeting until the end of the Project delivery;
- Manages all the documents created in the process, checking the accuracy and filing;
- Data system control and upload on internal tool;
- Checks the compliance with policy, rules and processes of the Group (Content Production process, Legal and Procurement Policy).
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Degree in Arts & Cinema, Media Production, Performing Arts or Economics and related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in cost controlling/producer and/or procurement activities for TVC and digital productions, preferably in international markets, managing global productions
- Previous experience as Adverting Production Advisor could be an advantage
- Previous experiences in international environment is considered as a plus
- Knowledge of cost controlling and contents production, post-production process
- Dynamic, flexible, proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in team and independently
- Enthusiasm and motivation
- Problem solving
- Project Management & Negotiation skills
- Communication ability
- Availability for business trips
**IT Skills**
- Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
**Languages**
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Any other additional languages are considered as a plus
