They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic QA Services Director to join their team. As a QA Services Director, you will be responsible for leading our QA department, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic vision for the QA department, aligning with the overall business goals of the company
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, expertise, and support
Manage and oversee the implementation of QA processes, procedures, and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organization
Evaluate and enhance existing QA practices and implement new technologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their quality-related concerns and providing proactive solutions
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives
Provide training and mentorship to the QA team, fostering professional growth and development
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
