Si dovrà relazionare con i diversi reparti aziendali con l'obiettivo di dare un riscontro diretto al Cliente, in un'ottica di customer care. Principali responsabilità: -Riceve le segnalazioni dei compliants e le richieste di informazione del Cliente attraverso i canali dedicati; -Analizza le richieste utilizzando gli strumenti a supporto (sistemi gestionali, archivi documentali); -Gestisce le richieste attraverso approfondimenti con il Cliente e/o il coinvolgimento dei Reparti Operativi; -Raccoglie i feedback dai Reparti, in linea con gli SLA (Service Level Agreement) definiti e condivisi per ciascuna casistica/Cliente; -Condivide con i Clienti le specifiche della risoluzione del caso.
