Gli obiettivi concreti: Analisi e implementazione di strategie di sostenibilità, climate change e stakeholder engagement Supporto metodologico alla redazione di bilanci di sostenibilità Supporto nella realizzazione di piani strategici di sostenibilità Redazione di Politiche e documentazione legata ai temi ESG Accompagnamento nelle certificazioni e framework legati ai temi della D&I Realizzazione di due diligence e assessment ESG I tuoi talenti e i tuoi desideri professionali I tuoi talenti: Attitudine al teamwork, al problem solving e spiccate capacità di analisi Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione, autonomia organizzativa e capacità di coordinamento di piccoli team di persone Dinamicità e attitudine alla professione del consulente, ambizione allo sviluppo professionale Laurea Magistrale in Economia-Finanza/Ingegneria gestionale e/o Scienze Ambientali con master affini alle tematiche ESG; Esperienza di 1/2 anni maturata presso aziende o società di consulenza nell'implementazione e gestione di aspetti connessi alla sostenibilità Forte motivazione verso i temi legati alla Responsabilità Sociale d'Impresa, Climate Change e Sostenibilità Sei: Organizzato/a, rigoroso/a e perseverante Curioso/a: sei aperto/a agli altri, pronto/a a capire le esigenze e a nuovi modi di pensare e far le cose Orientato/a alle soluzioni: individui e ricerchi tutte le strategie per conseguire il risultato Volto/a al miglioramento continuo: cerchi costantemente di migliorare il tuo operato e il contesto in cui ti trovi, imparando dall'esperienza tua e degli altri.
