Responsibilities
• Build a positive environment and lead assigned team• Perform reservation activities and maintain reservation systems• Create and utilize special promotional programs• Monitor and report business trends and improve market share• Supervise reservations department and assist clients with requests• Ensure accuracy of information in company databases• Contribute to product and service improvements• Achieve key performance indicators for room revenues, nights, and ADR
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years travel industry experience• Fluent in Italian and English• EU Citizen or possess Italian work visa• Highly computer literate• Previous experience in reservations or operations• Current experience with international branded hotel group• Additional language (French or German) is a plus• Confident use of Hilton systems (OnQPM)
