Your New Role... Reporting to the Senior Manager of Streaming Editorial, the Streaming Editor is responsible for the editorialisation of our sports streaming content across our premium platforms, managing imagery, titles and descriptions to deliver a first-class user experience.
The Streaming Editor is responsible for metadata on our English-language platforms and operates as part of a wider network of streaming editors in multiple regions who work closely together.
In this role, you will work on some of the biggest events in sport, with tennis Grand Slams, cycling Grand Tours and the Olympics all part of our premium offering to users. You will work in close liaison with scheduling, programming and merchandising teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of editorial for live, VOD and highlight content.
This is a full-time position as part of an editorial team covering live sport, operating on a shift pattern which covers evenings and weekends.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Your Role Responsibilities... Ensuring we have clean and accurate titles and descriptions on all our premium sports content for English-language platformsUpdating imagery on key assets as live sport progressesQuality checks on content which saves as VODLiaising with scheduling and broadcast teams to ensure users have accurate and up-to-date programme informationLiaising with merchandising team to ensure assets have the most engaging presentationIncident reporting and monitoringQualifications and Experience... Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to produce clean copyA passion for and knowledge of sport is essentialConfident working in a fast-paced environmentChampioning Inclusion at WBD Warner Bros.
