They have tasked us to find the following professional profile: OPERATIONS & PRODUCT MANAGER
Posizione:
The candidate will be the closest collaborator of the General Manager , dealing mainly with After Sales and Finance / Production Coordination , with particular focus to reporting, in reference to the 25 local markets (European Union, Swiss and UK).
Main Tasks:
Effectively and efficiently manage the productivity based on daily, weekly, monthly targets, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all time Produce written reports and make presentations Increase the rate of profitability of our After Sales Service Developing After Sales Offers that suit the local markets in order to gain customer confidence Supervising deals for selling service and spare parts to Dealers and Importers Supervising and monitoring sales promotion and marketing for After Sales Services Ensuring oversight and monitoring of competitors in the local markets in the field of After Sales Services Requisiti:
The ideal Candidate has a degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Management, or Electronic), at least three years of experience in a similar role in Automotive Companies and fluent in English.

A full-time, permanent position is offered, with a salary appropriate to previous experiences, role and responsibilities. In addition, meal vouchers and a convenient canteen/restaurant next to the workplace.
