MTA S.P.A - Assembly EngineerMTA S.P.A is looking for a resource to join the Engineering department, within the Electrical Business Unit, in the role of Assembly Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities in the MTA assembly lines worldwide:Feasibility analysis of new productsDefinition of budgets and technical specifications of assembly machines and equipmentConcept definition and assembly technologiesPFMEA analysis before drafting and updatesTechnical verification of assembly equipment projectsSupplier management of assembly lines and project advancementsMonitoring the efficiency and performance of assembly plantsTesting and support for the installation of plants/assembly lines, coordination and training of the project team, in Italy and abroadDefinition of maintenance plans and spare parts lists with plant suppliersSupport for Italian or foreign production departments in resolving process issues of new plants"Continuous Improvement" activities for existing plantsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringPrevious experience in automatic/semi-automatic assembly lines (design/testing) preferredKnowledge of accessory components of assembly machines, Electrical and Pneumatic Schematics, Sensors, PLC, Screwdrivers, Vision Systems, and RobotsFamiliarity with major 3D CAD systems: CREO Parametrics, InventorGood command of EnglishFlexibility and availability for travel, especially during business tripsAvailability for European and non-European trips lasting a maximum of 2/3 weeksSkills:Initiative, dynamism, proactive attitudeProblem-solving skillsAdaptabilityTeam spirit and ability to work in and coordinate heterogeneous teamsLocation: Codogno (LO), with the possibility of 8 days of smart working per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
