Enersystems SpA (con il brand Rinascimentosolare ) dal 2007 si occupa esclusivamente della progettazione, installazione e manutenzione di impianti fotovoltaici in tutta Italia, con 3 sedi a Milano, Roma e Palermo, 250 consulenti ed oltre 400 tecnici fra installatori e manutentori. Il nostro sogno è quello di potere vivere in un mondo a misura d'uomo. Per farlo, partiamo dall'energia solare. Siamo alla ricerca di una figura nel ruolo di Construction Manager che sarà responsabile della gestione delle attività di installazione e messa in servizio degli impianti, dalla progettazione al coordinamento del cantiere. Responsabilità: Dimensionamento impianto nel rispetto delle normative vigenti Realizzazione schema elettrico e layout moduli pannelli Pianificazione calendario cantieri installatori sulle diverse zone geografiche Supporto tecnico agli installatori sia nella fase pre-cantiere che durante l'esecuzione dei lavori Supervisione diretta delle squadre di installazione e manutenzione Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di cantiere e deadline concordate Verifica della documentazione progettuale e delle pratiche di autorizzazione Verifica del corretto andamento dei lavori in conformità al progetto esecutivo e alle normative vigenti Redazione ed archiviazione della documentazione tecnica relativa al cantiere Requisiti: Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico (elettrotecnico, elettronico, energetico) Esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in contesti aziendali nel settore fotovoltaico Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica Competenza in ambito elettico/impiantistico BT e MT Conoscenza delle normative relative al settore fotovoltaico Buone competenze informatiche e dimestichezza con l'utilizzo di AutoCad Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione, competenze analitiche e di problem solving Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e di team working Offriamo: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Retribuzione competitiva, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze Possibilità di crescita professionale in un'azienda dinamica e in forte espansione Ambiente di lavoro stimolante e collaborativo Pensi di essere la persona giusta per questo ruolo?
