Il ruolo Condé Nast Italia, nell'ambito di un progetto di ottimizzazione dell'efficienza del reparto Produzione, è alla ricerca di un/a Senior Production Specialist. Basata presso l'ufficio di Milano e riportando al Production Director EMEA, la persona affiancherà il team di reparto per la gestione più efficiente e organica dei flussi di produzione dei magazine italiani ed esteri. Le attività comprenderanno l'invio dei contenuti editoriali - secondo l'output più appropriato - ai diversi canali e processi di produzione, la gestione dei materiali pubblicitari inviati dai clienti pubblicitari e la gestione / pianificazione degli inserti per la diffusione all'interno della (compresa la validazione tecnica dei prodotti per tipologia, formato, macchinabilità).

Principali mansioni: Coordinamento dei flussi editoriali e determinazione del tipo di elaborazione interna/esterna a seconda dei contenuti ricevuti Correzione del colore e ritocco delle immagini Creazione di file pdf per la stampa Gestione del traffico di materiali adv e certificazione degli stessi Definizione degli ordini di stampa Preparazione di preventivi per inserti e numeri speciali Requisiti: Esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni nella produzione di materiali stampati, preferibilmente magazines, riviste o quotidiani Conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese, scritta e parlata. L'ulteriore conoscenza del francese o del tedesco sarà considerata elemento preferenziale Ottima conoscenza della Suite Adobe (Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat) Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di preflight Pitstop e Dalim; Ottima conoscenza dei flussi di prestampa, stampa e delle specifiche tecniche relative alla preparazione dei pdf certificati per la stampa; Conoscenza della colorimetria e dell'applicazione di tale conoscenza per la correzione cromatica delle immagini, sia per la generazione di contenuti per il canale cartaceo che per quello digitale; Conoscenza avanzata dei processi editoriali, finalizzata alla creazione di un report dettagliato delle informazioni tecniche di produzione della rivista per lo stampatore (specifiche della carta, del tipo di stampa, del numero di copie da produrre, delle specifiche di consegna e della ripartizione delle copie di distribuzione, ecc.)
